Computer and writing professional (internet/intranet communities) who loves games, books, movies--well, really, media consumables of all types. Grew up in Texas, graduated high school from Gatesville, went to college at UT Austin but graduated from Colorado State, have lived in Los Angeles and Washington State, received a master's in creative writing at American University, and have taught writing at both AU and George Mason. I worked for a couple of years at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and then for three supporting an academic research institute at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Currently I work for Battelle Science & Technology Malaysia as their Communications Manager.

I'm currently very into music, both listening to a bunch and playing and creating my own.

I have played a number of MMOGs, including Puzzle Pirates (Psmith), City of Heroes (Hellstrom on Justice, Charmed Quark on Victory), and World of Warcraft (Matchstyx on Stormrage). I've played Asheron's Call (Van Dyksun), Asheron's Call 2 (Vansun) and a few others but not long enough to remember my character's name.
